Fayetteville Street Community Living Home LLC
We offer compassionate, person-centered care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and mental health needs. Our dedicated team provides assistance with daily living activities, companionship, and medication management under the supervision of a registered nurses and qualified professionals. We ensure nutritious meal preparation, housekeeping, and transportation to medical appointments and community activities. Collaborating closely with primary care providers and other healthcare services, we strive to create a supportive environment that promotes independence and enhances the quality of life for each resident.​
