improving the quality of life of
the people and families we serve.

Our Home is Your Home

We provide supportive services in a home environment to deliver personal care such as activities of daily living, companionship with our exceptional staff, medication management under the supervision of a registered nurse, meal preparation, transportation, housekeeping and skilled services linked with your primary care provider and other home care services.

I just want to take the time and thank you for your extraordinary care of my son Michael. Since he has been living at the Fayetteville Street Community Living Home from 9/2/2021 til present, I feel that he is finally in an atmosphere that matches his energy. Both his home life and his day program are great! This has to do with the great management of you Robin! Which I am grateful for. I know he is happy where he is and as a mother that is the best feeling you can have for your child.
