Fayetteville Street Community Living Home LLC

We provide compassionate, person-centered care for adults and seniors with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), mental health needs, and age-related conditions. Our dedicated team supports residents with daily living activities, personal care, companionship, and medication management under the supervision of registered nurses and qualified professionals.

Residents enjoy nutritious, home-style meals, a clean and comfortable living environment, and assistance with transportation to medical appointments, therapies, and community activities. We collaborate closely with primary care providers, behavioral health teams, and other healthcare professionals to ensure each resident receives coordinated, comprehensive support.
